Who We Are
At Invictus Smart Performance, our mission is to provide high-quality, client-focused physical therapy and wellness services without constraints. We are a mobile service dedicated to providing one-on-one fitness forward rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, run coaching, and post-race recovery tailored to each client's unique needs. We currently provide mobile services to Fayette, Clayton, and Henry Counties.
Dr. Karen J. Taylor, PT, DPT, ATC
Dr. Karen is a fitness forward physical therapist who specializes in treating endurance runners at every level from beginner to elite athlete. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi, a Master of Athletic Training degree from the University of Arkansas, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College — Knoxville, TN. Prior to founding Invictus Smart Performance, Dr. Karen worked as an athletic trainer in the high school, collegiate, and orthopedic clinical settings, and she worked as a physical therapist in various outpatient clinics specializing in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. She is currently an adjunct professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at South College – Atlanta, GA.
